1. **Guarantee payment?** No. It removes delays on your side. The GC still has to pay.

2. **Official AIA form?** No. ORIGINAL tracker. Does not reproduce AIA forms. Transfer numbers onto the GC's required form if needed.

3. **Tells me my lien deadline?** No. Deadlines are USER-ENTERED. No lien-law database. Verify against state law or with an attorney.

4. **Legal advice?** No. Consult an attorney for legal questions.

5. **Retainage on earned + stored?** Normal convention: holdback on total value billed in the period, including billed stored materials.

6. **Previous payments not subtracted?** They were already paid. Current due = current period's work after retainage.

7. **Different retainage per project?** Yes — set it per project on Setup.

8. **Google Sheets?** Opens and calculates; layout designed/tested for Excel. No macros.

9. **More projects?** Yes — add rows, copy formulas down, extend lookup ranges.

10. **Weeks of Payroll at Risk?** Shortfall ÷ that payroll amount. 1.00 = one full payroll. Planning number, not a prediction.
