HOW IT WORKS

Current stock = opening stock + stock-in − sales (per SKU). Margin % = (price − cost) ÷ price. Net profit = revenue − COGS − expenses. Everything is formulas — you type only the logs.

FAQ

1. Does it work in Google Sheets? It opens there; Excel (desktop/web) is the tested environment.

2. Can two people use it at once? No — single-user workbook; two copies will diverge.

3. More than 48 products? Use a second workbook (e.g. one per category). Lookup ranges are built for 48 rows.

4. Does issuing an invoice record the sale? No — log the same sale in Sales yourself.

5. Do EN and AR workbooks sync? No — separate copies. Pick one and use it.

6. What if stock goes negative? A sale without its Stock In entry, or a quantity typo. Compare Stock In vs Sales for that SKU.

HONEST LIMITS

One workbook = one shop. Single user. No barcode/POS/bank import. Tax is a simple % on the invoice — no tax reports/filing. Stock value uses catalog cost (not average/FIFO). Capacities: 48 products, 209 stock-in, 519 sales, 318 expenses, 10 invoice lines. Full list in LIMITS-AND-HONEST-NOTES.md.
