**How do the 10 seats work?** Name 10 people in the Seat List. Each named seat holder uses the system for the company's own client projects. Seats are named individuals, not shared logins.

**More than 10 seats?** Buy another pack. Seats accumulate: 2 packs = 20 seats. Do not run more active seats than (packs) x 10.

**Own prices per person?** No — agree ONE company price sheet. Whoever talks to a client uses the same prices.

**Share with another company?** No. One pack covers ONE legal entity. Sister companies and separate entities each need their own pack.

**Only 2-4 people?** Buy singles instead — 2-4 x $29 is cheaper than $119. The team pack wins at 5+ seats.

**Does it guarantee clients pay for extras?** No. It helps your team agree scope and price extras in writing, before the work starts.
