1. Guarantee payment? No. It gives you a dated ladder, exact wording, and a tracker — the client still has to pay.

2. Languages? 11 workbooks; Message Templates holds all 5 stages × 11 languages = 55 templates.

3. Need Excel? Yes — desktop or web. No macros. Google Sheets may differ.

4. Sends messages? No. You copy, fill [brackets], send.

5. Change escalation days? Yes — Setup thresholds (defaults 1/7/14/30/45); all formulas follow.
