Stop guessing your rate. Know your floor, quote with confidence, and never discount blind again.
Pricing fear is partly psychological — but the math underneath it isn't. This kit gives you both halves: the arithmetic that sets your floor hourly rate, and the words to defend it when a client pushes back.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Rate Calculator: enter monthly costs, target income, billable hours, utilization → your FLOOR hourly rate, error-guarded. Example: $800 costs + $4,000 income, 160 hours, 70% utilization → floor $42.86/hour.
2. Value Tiers: floor / target / premium rates (×1.0 / ×1.5 / ×2.0), project price estimator, quick rate-safety check.
3. Quote Checklist: 10 scored checkpoints + 4 red-flag signals → GREEN / AMBER / RED verdict before you send any quote.
4. Discount Guard: enter the requested discount → effective rate vs. your floor, with a safe / conditional / walk-away verdict. Anchor rule: never discount the rate — discount the scope.
5. Objection Scripts: 5 copy-paste replies for "too expensive" pushback.

FAQ
1. Does it guarantee clients will accept my rate? No. It computes your floor and gives you the words to defend it. A "no" then costs you nothing.
2. What currency? The $ is a display symbol only — enter numbers in your currency; the math is currency-agnostic.
3. Does it work in Google Sheets? It opens and calculates; Excel (desktop/web) is the tested environment.
4. What if the checklist scores AMBER? Pause, fix the missing items (usually revision limit, milestones, late-payment term), re-score. Never send a quote you cannot defend.
5. A red flag fired but the score is high — what wins? The red flag. Any red flag forces the recommended action to RED.
6. Discount Guard says CONDITIONAL — what do I do? Remove scope until the price matches. Same amount, smaller package, full rate intact.
7. Do the 11 workbooks sync? No — 11 separate copies. Pick your language and use that one.
8. Can a team share one copy? One purchase is for one freelancer's own use. Each person's floor is different, so a shared workbook would compute a wrong floor for everyone.
