1. **Does this track my inventory?** No — decision layer, not a tracker. Pair it with an inventory tracker.

2. **How much cash will I recover?** Depends on your stock, margins, channels, and buyers. The worked example recovers 36.5% of the actioned SKUs' trapped capital — a realistic first-round outcome, not a promise.

3. **Why does Planned Recovery look too high?** It auto-fills the markdown scenario. For liquidate / bundle / donate, overwrite it with your real expected number.

4. **What does "99,999 days of cover" mean?** "Infinite" — velocity is zero.

5. **A SKU shows "Check input"?** A non-numeric value in the stock column. Delete it or type a number.

6. **Zero-stock SKU blank?** Deliberate — nothing to recover.

7. **Can I change the DEAD/SLOW thresholds?** Yes — Setup sheet, one change at a time.

8. **Marketplace fees and shipping?** Not subtracted — subtract them mentally before listing.

9. **Google Sheets?** Opens and calculates; layout designed and tested for Excel.

10. **How many SKUs?** 50 on the Scorer, 60 on the Optimizer, 56 on the Planner.

11. **Max-safe discount 0%?** Cost too close to price — bundle, liquidate, or donate, not markdown.

12. **Arabic = English?** Yes — same sheets, formulas, sample data, RTL. Pick one; they do not sync.

Not a profit or recovery guarantee. Sell-through ignores in-period restocks. Velocity is backward-looking. Estimated cash assumes ALL stock sells at max-safe price — treat it as a ceiling.
